The City of Lewisburg has passed a Residential Landlord Registration requirement to ensure we are able to quickly and accurately contact property owners when a codes issue arises. This process is designed to support property upkeep, protect public safety, and maintain neighborhood standards. Registration simply provides the City with current landlord information so that, if a property is found in violation of municipal codes, or public service emergency, we can notify the owner promptly with an emergency contact and work together to resolve the matter. This is not intended as a burden but as a tool to improve communication and maintain the quality of our community.
