The Records Division is responsible for developing and maintaining law enforcement records required to transact the official business of the department.
Reports filed with the Lewisburg Police Department are public record. Requests for inspection or duplication are granted in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5. Requests for copies of police reports can be made through the Records Office during regular business hours. Confidential information will be redacted from the report before copies are provided or inspection permitted. For all other records please see the link under the “Public Notices” tab above.
All Reports are $0.15 per page for standard B&W and $0.50 per page for color.
A Photo ID is required to pick up records.
A reasonable fee shall be charged for the reproduction of requested files. Please be aware that there is no ATM on site.

Crash reports can be purchased online through a private vendor site at www.tnbuycrash.com
NOTE: BUYCRASH.com is not associated with the Lewisburg Police Department. They are a private company that provides another option for citizens to use for purchasing a traffic report on-line. Note: The fee they charge for utilizing their system is not the same as the records department. We have no control over the fees they implement. If you encounter any issues with this private vendor site you will need to contact them directly, not the Lewisburg Police Department Records Division, as we are not associated with this company or the fees they charge. Sign and Road Block Permits can be obtained online or at the Police Department.
