The Industrial Development Board of the City of Lewisburg will hold a regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 5th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the Historic 1st Avenue Building, located at 207 1st Ave. N.
The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a regular monthly work session Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 E. Church Street.
All offices of the City of Lewisburg will be closed on Monday, October 12th, 2026, in observation of Columbus Day Holiday.

The City of Lewisburg, Tennessee is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Pickleball Court Acrylic Sport Surfacing, Color Coating & Playing-Line Striping Project with the construction of four (4) new pickleball courts at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the acrylic sport surfacing, color coating and play-line striping project. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to apply a standard design acrylic sport court surfacing/color coating system and playing-line striping for four (4) new pickleball courts, approximately 66′ x 122′ in overall dimension, at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. Company will be responsible for providing pad detail and layout for construction. Also, the company will be responsible for providing the City of Lewisburg with a valid Certificate of Insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and naming the City of Lewisburg as an Additional Insured where applicable. The City of Lewisburg, Tennessee is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the furnishing and installation of perimeter chain link fencing and gates associated with the construction of four (4) new pickleball courts at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the fencing installation. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of perimeter chain link fencing, including gates, associated with the construction of four (4) new pickleball courts at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. Work includes approximately 200 linear feet of 8′ tall commercial-grade black chain link fence with privacy slats; approximately 250 linear feet of 6′ tall commercial-grade black chain link fence; and three (3) 4′ walk-out gates. Fence posts shall be mounted and installed inside the boundary of the asphalt playing surface. Company will be responsible for providing pad detail and layout for construction. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the acrylic sport surfacing, color coating and play-line striping project. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to apply a standard design acrylic sport court re-surfacing/color coating system and playing-line striping for four (4) tennis courts, approximately 230′ x 100′ in overall dimension with approx. 25,000 sq ft plus or minus, at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. Also, the company will be responsible for providing the City of Lewisburg with a valid Certificate of Insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and naming the City of Lewisburg as an Additional Insured where applicable.
