The Marshall County School System is Ranked “Exemplary” by the State of Tennessee and we graduate 90% of our students, many of whom earned more than $5 million in scholarships in 2014-2015.
Lewisburg’s Cost of Living is 19% below the National Average (the lowest in the Middle Tennessee Region) and our Median Household Income has increased $4,000 (2014-2015).
Our Industrial and Retail base continues to grow with more than 2,300 new jobs announced (2012-2015) and a 43% increase in the number of business licenses issued (2013-2015).
The crime rate in Lewisburg is among the lowest in Tennessee and our Fire Department has helped to earn an Insurance Class Rating of 3.
