Fire Chief Drew Hawkins joined the fire service in 2007 with Farmington Volunteer Fire Department in Marshall County, TN. There he worked his way to the rank of Assistant Chief where he remained until 2016. He became a member of Lewisburg Fire Department in 2016 as a firefighter. In 2018 he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on B-Shift and later to Assistant Fire Chief in 2021. He was promoted to Fire Chief in January of 2024. Chief Hawkins is a Marine Corps veteran and holds an Associate of Fire Science degree from Columbia Southern University, along with several other fire service-related certifications.

Deputy Chief Dalton began his journey with the department as a volunteer in October 2016 and transitioned to a full-time employee in June 2017. Throughout his career, Deputy Chief Dalton has demonstrated dedication, skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His numerous certifications include Firefighter Commission I, Firefighter Commission II, and Fire Inspector with the Tennessee Fire Academy. Additionally, he is a certified EMT, HAZMAT Technician, and a CPR certified Instructor through the American Heart Association.
