Horton Owl Prowl

Join Park Ranger Shaun for this experience like no other. We will begin with a brief educational discussion about the four species of Owls native to Tennessee, followed by a 1-mile hike along the Duck River, where we will attempt call in native Barred Owls using only their well known phrase “who cooks for you… who cooks for you all”. The program is concluded with a nice fire and s’mores. Great for all ages!

Be sure to bring a flashlight, wear sturdy walking shoes or boots, and prepare for the elements.

Cost is $10 per person
